Intro to MMA Camp

During this camp you will be introduced to the fastest growing sport in the world, Mixed Martial Arts! You will experience training in ground fighting, striking, takedowns, punching, kicking, and submission grappling. You will also be getting the workout of your life as we show you some of the great workouts that our professional fighters use to get in shape. If you are interested in getting an introduction into the world of MMA, then you have found the perfect way to do it.

The dates for this camp are July 7th-July 11th. The workouts will be from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. We will break for lunch from 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. and training will begin again at 1:00 p.m. promptly. The afternoon session will go until 5:00 p.m. and will cover the same material that was taught in the morning session. You are encouraged to stay for both sessions, but are permitted to leave if you need to. This is helpful for those who could not take a full day off of work, so that they can join us for either the morning or afternoon session.

For the affordable price of $200 you can get 40 hours of instruction, and we guarantee that there will be no more than 15 students in the camp. This is to ensure that the instructor can spend as much time as needed with each participant. You will have other students and instructors to learn from and motivate you, but will also be in a small enough class that you will get to spend a great deal of time working personally with our certified instructors. At only $200 for the entire camp, and since you are receiving up to 40 hours of instruction time, you are really only paying $5 per hour of training and instruction. This is the best possible way for you to get in the best shape of your life and get safely introduced to the world of mixed martial arts for only a few dollars an hour.
